In-person tax preparation Prefer to meet locally? Start with a free conversation. Irini will explain whether an in-person appointment fits your situation, what to bring, and what happens next.

Before an appointment

Book a time online or call or text. You do not need to send paperwork to reserve a consultation. Tell Irini a little about your filing situation and that you would like to meet in person.

Once you are a client, she gives you a tailored list of records and instructions for sharing them. Please do not email tax documents, Social Security numbers, bank details or photos of IDs.

What the process looks like

  1. Start with a conversation. Ask your questions and discuss the return at a high level.
  2. Confirm fit and price. Irini explains scope, expected records and the price before work begins.
  3. Prepare for the meeting. You receive a practical checklist instead of guessing what to bring.
  4. Review together. Ask questions in plain language before you approve the completed return.

What to bring when asked

What is useful depends on the return. A W-2 employee, a parent claiming dependents and a self-employed client do not need the same records. Follow the list Irini gives you for your own situation.

Do not leave original identity documents or tax papers anywhere without confirming the handoff directly with Irini first.
