Remote tax preparation You can start from wherever you are. The first step is a conversation with Irini about your situation, followed by clear instructions if you decide to work together.

A remote process with a real person

Remote does not mean anonymous. You work directly with Irini by phone or video, ask questions as they come up, and get a clear explanation of what she needs before sending any records.

The consultation is free. It is the right time to discuss filing history, W-2 or 1099 income, family changes, an IRS notice, or questions about pricing. It is not the time to send documents.

Four simple steps

  1. Book or call. Pick a consultation time, or call or text with your question.
  2. Talk through the basics. Irini learns what kind of return you have and whether the work is a fit.
  3. Receive next-step instructions. After you become a client, she tells you how to share the records needed for your return.
  4. Review before approval. You can ask questions about the return and the next step before it is filed.

Keep documents out of ordinary channels

Please do not email, text or attach tax documents, Social Security numbers, bank information or ID images to a form. After you become a client, Irini gives you instructions for sharing records.

If you have a question about a document, describe it at a high level by phone or video instead.

Start remotely, at your pace

Tell Irini what is going on. You do not need every document before the first call.
